Healing crystals and stones come in all sizes, colors and shapes.
Each crystal has a unique vibrational resonance which is derived from their mineral content, shape and the colour frequency they emit. Every healing crystal has its own energy vibration. The energy of the crystal can have powerful effects on the energy vibrations within a person.

More Fake Crystals to Watch Out For! (I’ve got some new ones for ya…)

I have more “FAKE CRYSTALS” updates for us today.

The artificial mineral market is continuing to grow and it seems there’s a “gap” in good reliable info on this sort of thing in general.

I get really super-duper passionate about getting this info out there and I feel I’m in a very unique position to do just that, being a former science department chair, having studied geology at the Masters level, and being a Crystal Energy Teacher with a pretty large platform gives me a great advantage… so how could I NOT heed the call?

I’m so honored to be able to serve in this way + grateful for being given the opportunity to do so!

I really want to educate our community on what’s available out there so we can make really informed decisions when adding specimens to our sacred collections. If you feel passionate about this too, please share this post in any way you prefer. (There are some handy-dandy “SHARE” buttons you can use at the bottom). 😉

Vibrant Pink Tourmaline

Mostly, I’ve seen these at the most recent Tucson Gem Shows or popping up on eBay from the Middle East.

The color really pops so it really … Read More

What are the best Crystals for Busting Bad Habits?

Bad habits.

We all have them.

They say it takes an average of 66 days to break a bad habit.

And 21 days to create a new one.

Hey! That totally works in our favor: It only takes less than a 1/3 of the time to create a new good habit than it does to break a bad one. 🙂

Annnnd, you’ll probably be happy to know that we can use crystals to help us along with that task.

So let’s get to talking about crystal suggestions for breaking our bad habits:

A lot of times people will say something like:

  • I need to quit smoking
  • I need to stop biting my nails
  • I need to get into a habit of not eating junk food, or stop being lazy and “couch-potatoing” when I get home from work and get to the gym

Whatever it is that you consider to be a bad habit that you want to break out of, any bad habit you can think of…I’ve probably heard it before & have partaken in a few myself.

Of course, I’ve had my own bad habits that I’ve had to kind of bust out of.  Not exercising, eating poorly, gossiping. I used … Read More

Everyone Loves Larimar

Yes, everyone loves larimar. They just do. C'mon...who doesn't? So, today I'm coming to you with the Dolphin Stone; Larimar. Ooooohhh Larimar. My larimar pendent handcrafted by an artist in Maui. I met the artist there & fell in love with the energy of this specific piece while surrounded by dolphin energy ♥ I love this stone. Known as the Dolphin Stone, some people even call it the Mermaid Stone or the Stone of Atlantis. As I show you in the vid, it's a sky blue stone, although it does vary a bit in it's intensity & hue. Larimar is a type of pectolite, which is a sodium calcium silicate that forms in cavities of balastic lava & found in only 1 place on the planet:
