How do you Make Your Car a Sacred Space?
It’s high time I give my crystal car mojo kit, (that I originally created many years ago) a dose of fresh juju!
So, I figured while I freshened up this little crystal kit, I’d also chat with you about setting up sacred space in an unlikely place; your car. After all, it’s a place that many of us spend a lot of time. Am I right?
Crystal Car Mojo Kit
The first thing I add to make my car a sacred space is my must-have car protection mojo kit. We sometimes forget what a dangerous piece of machinery our car can be. My husband and I have been using one of these kits in our respective cars for over ten years now and we’ll never go without.
I detail in the above video exactly how to create my car mojo kit.
Extra Oomph!
If you’d like to do more of a ritual type of thing with your mojo kit to make that much more powerful…
- You can meditate with your Car Mojo Kit beforehand and infuse it with the clear intention of calm, peace and protective safety.
- You can also set it on your altar to charge it up while giving it more of your intention.
- You can create a general Protection Crystal Grid and place this mojo kit in the center of that grid to imbue it with protective properties.
Hand Sanitizer
Another practical and useful type of thing I like to add to my car sacred space is an all-natural hand sanitizer.
You know that you can make your own or you can buy an organic non-toxic option like Dr. Bronner’s Organic Lavender Hand Sanitizer and add some special magic to it. I like t add a few drops of my own high-quality essential oils and some sparkle to liven it up. I really like this one (below) because of its small convenient size that fits right glove box or center console.
Here’s my recipe of add-ins:
- Add 2 drops of Lavender essential oil (or organic dried herb)
- Add 2 drops of black pepper essential oil (or peppercorns) for protection
- Toss in 4 small amethyst chips
Protective Amulet Charm
The beautiful blue glass eye amulet is called a Nazar (a Turkish word meaning “sight”). I’m Sicilian and this is a popular symbol of protection for the entire Mediterranean region. Since ancient times it’s been well-known as a protection talisman throughout the region; protection from the Evil Eye or “malocchio“ in Italian. It’s also known to simply offer general protection as well. But it’ll work for anyone giving me the ole’ “Stink Eye” or any road rage while out puttering around!
I’ve anointed it with Black Pepper essential oil and hung it from my rearview mirror.
While anointing it with the oil, I set the clear intention for protection, calm and safety and then hung it up.
Rearview Mirror Altar?
On the same cord with my Nazar talisman, I’ve hung an essential oil locket with the Om [Sanskrit: ॐ] symbol on it (representative of the divine sacred sound of the universe) to diffuse essential oils in my car sacred space. This locket contains a special paper disk designed to hold essential oil scent. I do find that in the intense Florida sun I need to freshen up the oil every few days. Since I know you’re gonna ask, I got mine here. 😉
You can put 4 drops of your high quality 100% pure essential oil of choice. I used 2 drops of black pepper + 2 drops of Lavender, (4 is a protection number) right on the disc and close the locket. You can refresh the disc as needed and refresh the oil.
Anyone can turn their car into a sacred space with the right tools and some intention behind it … then you’re ready to roll!
So tell me. What do you think about making your car a sacred space? Do you have a mojo kit in yours? Can you think of other uncommon spaces that you can convert into sacred space? Share with me in the comments below, I’d love to hear from you. And if you’d like to create a sacred space of your own, I have a FREE ekit here to help you do just that.
Crystal Blessings!
Hi! I cannot figure out where the PDF is for the car kit mojo with everything listed out from the video so I can print it out and use…PLEASE HELP
I’ve placed a small selenite tower, a small rose quartz tower and small black tourmaline tower in my center console. I keep them upright with a bit of Velcro. :0) I also have a relatively large piece of Himalayan salt in my back window “heavily Velcroed, so it doesnt fly up and decapitate me if i slam on my breaks, giggles.” I have also placed a small Orgonite disk in each of the four corners of my car. In New York it is unfortunately illegal to have things dangling from the rear view mirror due to “corruption of view”…which is total bologna unless your crazy and over do it. Along with all of that I have a car made essential oil diffuser that I use vanilla, rosemary and sage in. To top all that off I use my special cleansing spray that i make by boiling in spring water a small bunch of sage, a stick of palo santo and a scoop of kosher salt. While still warm I add a handful of small quartz chips and a handful of small black tourmaline chips. I use this spray in every place I can’t use smoke, like my car and office. I hope this helps and gives people some extra ideas. :0)
I have been using your car mojo kit for years ♥️ A reminder I need to refreshen mine, thank you ????
