I’m ready to register now! What do I need to do?


Woohoo!!! Make sure you’re on our Waitlist so you’re the first to know as soon as we open registration again (it happens three times a year in the spring, summer, and fall). Go ahead and sign up and get reaady for exclusive notice and special offerings.

Can you take these classes at your own pace?

Yes! That’s what makes this program so great! We all know life gets in the way. The course is designed to guide you through taking one class per week… finishing up the classes in 9 weeks. BUT, for some people, that’s just way too fast-paced and that is totally OK. You can simply opt-out of that pace. You can go faster or slower, whatever works best for you! You can do this!

I don’t live in the United States. Can I still take your course?

YES! We have students and graduates all over Mother Earth. Since all of our class resources are digital and available as a recording you can access them anywhere, (as long as you have an Internet connection). Even our private LIVE Office Hours sessions with our Curriculum Specialist are recorded and available for you to watch at your convenience.

If I pay right now, can I start taking the course right away or do I have to wait for the Course to officially begin on the start date?

You will need to wait until the course start date to get access to the class materials. Once the official start date arrives and you begin, go right ahead and use the pace-guiding resources to your advantage! You can be certified in as little as 9 weeks!! AND start earning abundance doing what you LOVE!

How does the Course Pace Work?

Once the Course Official Start date arrives, you get to move along with a group on a guided journey through to Certification. You don’t have to stick to this pace, but some peeps like having the support helping to stay on track and focused until they graduate, so it’s totally up to you.

When the course starts, you’ll get a weekly email with details of all the course materials for a particular class, cheer-leading and inspiring you through, getting you certified in 9 weeks if you follow the 9 week pace.

If you don’t keep up with that pace, no biggie….you do what you can do. You’ll be able to watch the class videos, do the suggested homework (or not), and then graduate at whatever time is most yummy for you.

When will I get access to all my goodies?

Once the course begins, you’ll be given access to one class per week (except for our integration week). In your Student Portal, you will have access to the class video (mp4 format), audio mp3 file, class transcript, and all the plump class resource pdfs.

To access your course materials, you’ll use your username and password to login into the Student Portal, giving you access to the class pages.

How will the course be run? How do I graduate?

You can stream the class videos and watch them right on the page in the Student Portal, watching them at your convenience…as many times as you like!

In addition, you’ll also be given access to our super-friendly yet private Facebook forum, which is just for students in the program.

The class resource pdfs are an added bonus that all the Crystalline Cohorts really look forward to!

Then, get comfy wherever you like: on your sofa, the local coffee shop, in your backyard, wherever! – and take the classes whenever it’s convenient for you! Easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy.

After each class, you may do the fun suggested homework assignments (yes, you CAN use the words “fun” and “homework” in the same sentence) and activities. The homework is not required.

Your last class requires you to do a Final Assignment and 3 practice crystal therapy sessions (good practice for you and totally fun to do for all involved!) Because of the concerns about social distancing, we teach you distance healing techniques and adapted our final assignment requirements to allow you to do distance healing or work on the same person for multiple sessions.

My goal here is for you to get a quality education filled with integrity, for you to learn and enjoy the power of crystals and be able to apply them to your own and others’ lives. This is a rich learning environment but we never forget to still have FUN!

Once the 9 weeks are over, you’ll continue to be supported with weekly Live Office Hours with our Curriculum Specialist Angie.

Are the classes live or recorded and what are they like?

Our classes for the Certification program are recorded (the Live Office Hours with our Curriculum Specialist are live).

The entire recorded class can be watched and referred to at any time, as many times as you like! Each class is approx. 90+ minutes.

How long does the program take to complete?

Realistically in as little as 9 weeks (1 week per class except for integration week), BUT you’ll have lifetime access to the classes, 1 year access to the private Facebook Group, and you can graduate at any time, so don’t fret. So, you can, basically, go as fast as you like or as slowly as you need to. It’s whatever is most nurturing to you and your own perfect learning style.

What happens after I graduate?

Upon completion of the Certified Crystal Practitioner Course, you’ll be a Hibiscus Moon Certified Crystal Practitioner® (CCP)! Yes, you get to use those letters after your name from now on!

You’ll also be sent a Certified Crystal Practitioner graduation certificate from The Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy suitable for framing. In addition, you’ll be automatically eligible to apply for lifetime accreditation with the World Metaphysical Association for an exclusive discounted rate available to our graduates of $125.

Will I need any special supplies for this course?

Ahhhh, looking for an excuse to buy more crystals, are ya? Teehee. Of course, I know what you’re thinking! You’re talkin’ to the Ultimate Crystal Junkie over here!

We do give optional ohm-work, which may require additional resources. However, we don’t supply a list of every possibility as it can be overwhelming for someone who is new and not everyone will be inspired to do every option. So, for any additional supplies, we recommend you wait and see what you are inspired to do and take it from there!

How is the course structured?

The course is made up of 8 classes and we have 1 Integration Week where there is no additional material to allow you to absorb and implement what you’ve learned. The process of working through each class is:

  1. Log in to the private Student Portal.
  2. Download the pdf documents.
  3. Read through the resources pdf and any recommended books, videos, etc.
  4. Watch the video lesson for that week.
  5. Do any homework recommended in the resources pdf (optional).

How long will I have access to the course materials?

You’ll have lifetime access to the course materials (videos, MP3s, PDFs) inside Student Portal. You’ll have access to the private Crystalline Cohort Facebook group for 1 year. At the end of the year, you can opt to continue your membership for a nominal fee.

How do I pay for my Course?

You can choose to pay upfront for a significant discount or you can take advantage of our payment plan and pay over 6 monthly payments. As per standard practice, our payment plan is a bit higher cost to cover the extra processing fees and admin. Sorry, no money orders, checks or custom payment plans other than what you see on our sales page.

What do I do if I’m having trouble downloading a file?

Here are a few things to try:

  • First, try clearing your browser’s cache. Doing that tends to solve a slew of mysterious & frustrating tech issues! After you clear your cache, try coming back to the page and trying the download again.
  • Also, make sure you’re giving the file enough time to download. Depending on your internet connection, some files may take several minutes to completely download.
  • If that doesn’t work, try using a different browser. We recommend using Firefox, Safari or Chrome. Some people find that one of those works better for them than the others, and which one works better is different from one person to another.

If you’ve tried all of these suggestions and you’re still having trouble, contact us using the form above and select the Tech Support option. In the message please let us know what type of device you are using, which browser and any details about the trouble you’re having (include any error messages you’re receiving), and we’ll help you!

I’m a student and I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?

No worries! You can quickly and easily reset your password by using the “Forgot Password?” link on the Student Portal. If you’re still having trouble, you can always contact us using the form above.

Crystal Questions

Can you help me identify a crystal I have?

Sorry. With all I have going on, I do not have time to do this for everyone. However, I do recommend several good books here that will allow you to do this for yourself and I highly recommend that if you’re interested in crystals, you do start practicing ID’ing your own stones with the help of a good book.

I have a question related to crystals and/or therapy – can you help me?

If you are a student – a Crystalline Cohort – yes, we’d be happy to answer any questions!!

In fact, you have options:

  1. During our 9-week term, you may post in our private Facebook group using the hashtag #askthecoaches, our coaches are there to help answer any question you have as you move through the course.
  2. If it’s outside the term, you may bring your question to the weekly Live Office Hours with Crystal Coach Angie, which are live each week in our private Facebook group (also, if you can’t make it live, you can submit your question in advance and the Office Hours are recorded for future viewing 🙂

If you are not a student then, I’m sorry I probably won’t be able to help you out via email at this time. But never fear – there are options:

Do you do refunds/cancellations?

As for technical issues. Our stuff is bug-free and we use industry-standard popular formats for you to choose from. So, we have no technical issues. Seriously.  However, should you run into tech-y difficulties with accessing anything on your end, Team HM will very happily assist you until the problem is solved.

You will need to have at least a basic level of computer and Internet skills, and Internet access that is faster than dial-up speed. If you’ve got that, then no worries.

I ordered something or subbed to your newsletter and I haven’t received an email about it yet. How do I get my order/eKit?

SUPER SUPER IMPORTANT! Please check your spam folders! There is an email that gets sent soon after your purchase–usually just moments after your purchase. Those emails have a tendency to land in spam/junk folders pretty often… so make sure to check there. Try searching for my @hibiscusmoon.com or @hibiscusmoon.com email address.

  • If you use a different email address for your PayPal account then you usually check, make sure to check the inbox (and spam/junk folders) for your PayPal email address as well!

If you’ve checked your main email account and your PayPal email account and all of your spam/junk folders, and you still don’t see the email, then contact us again via the form above and select Tech Support as the subject header. Please include the name and email address you used to place your order if they are different than the name and email address you’re contacting us from and we’ll get it sorted out asap. Thank you!
